What is Flowetic?
Dance Tone Stretch Relax
Flowetic is a beautiful class combining dance, toning and strengthening exercises alongside stretching and relaxation. It's taught in a progressive, easy-to-follow way, with choreography to compliment the music, using a range of dance styles and energising combinations. Zone into the uplifting and unique soundtrack, leaving everyday life stresses behind.
Flowetic makes everyone ‘feel like a dancer’ and walk out the studio a little taller and a whole lot happier.

We provide a bespoke fun dance party experience for any occasion. Whether you are celebrating a special milestone birthday or looking to organise a surprise themed dance experience for the bride or groom to be. We will have you and your friends dancing like your favourite pop icon in no time!
What we do
We will tailor make your very own dance experience personalised just for you and your friends. We have plenty of ideas up our sleeves! Choose your all time favourite songs and we will pick out a few tracks and create a medley mixed specially for you.
Then...
We will choreograph your chosen themed dance routine in the style of a commercial pop video or a show-stopping extravaganza. There are no limits, here at Vision any style is possible and we make sure we cater for all abilities. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or not we will have you laughing out loud. Lose your inhibitions and that inner diva will be out in no time.
Being a professional dance company your dance will be created and taught by professional choreographers and highly qualified dance teachers in the industry, so you are in the best hands.
